Introduction

Multiple users reported unreliable OLTS test results when the battery of a Versiv unit is below 50% of maximum load.  The stability of the light source could be impacted by a low battery.

 

Solution

The phenomenon has been confirmed by Fluke Networks TAC and engineering is working on a fix. 

Meanwhile, keep the batteries of the Versiv charged at 50% or higher before setting the reference or starting a Loss measurement.
