Introduction

The following web browsers are supported by Netscout nGeniusONE. 

 

Solution

It is higly recommeded to work from a private or incognito window.

If the web user interface does not behave as expected, logout, close the browser and start a new session.

Chrome 79 or higher 

Firefox 71 or higher

Edge 44 or higher

Safari 13 or higher

IE 11 (not recommended)
