Removing vSCOUT vSTREAM Embedded and vSTREAM Agent on Linux

Introduction

Removing vSCOUT, vSTREAM Embedded and vSTREAM Agent on a Linux host is very simple.

 

Solution

The installation directory is most likely /opt/NetScout/ or /usr/lib/NetScout.

Run the correponding script:

<INSTALL_DIR>/rtm/bin/vscout_uninstall.sh

<INSTALL_DIR>/rtm/bin/vstream_uninstall.sh
