Network connections (appliance rear view)
This picture shows the minimal set of ports to be connected to operate.

Located on the appliance's motherboard:
Ports for management interface and virtual console (iDRAC): 1000BASE-T
Management interface (MGT): 2x 1000BASE-T and 2x 10GBASE-T. At least one of these ports must be connected to the network. This picture show a connection to the third port from the left.
Located on the NETSCOUT ASI Accelerator NIC:
Monitor (MON): 4x SFP+. These slots are empty and must be equipped with compatible fiber optic transceivers. Attention: copper transceivers are not supported. At least one of these ports must be connected to a SPAN or TAP output. Ports are numbered from right to left, starting with names if3, if4, if5 and if6.
