Patch Cord Adapters
Introduction
The new ANSI/TIA 568-D.2 test paradigm Modular Link Terminated Link (MPTL) requires the use of one Patch Cord Adapter wich is not included in any Versiv test kit.
The ISO/IEC 11801 equivalent for this paradigm is expected to be introduced with the next update of this ISO standard. The additional test adapter you will need are the same.

 | Be aware that - contrary to Channel adapters and Permanent Link adapters - Patch Cord adapters are category specific. |
You'll need one Patch Cord adapter per pair of DSX modules for MPTL testing.
Patch Cord Adapters are suitable for all DSX models:

| Like the tip of the Permanent Link adapter, the jack of a Patch Cord adapter need to be replaced when damaged or worn out. |
