Appliance rear view

This picture shows the minimal set of ports that must be connected.

Network connections

On the server's motherboard:

IP management interface (iDRAC): 1x 1000BASE-T

Management port (MGT): 2x 1000BASE-T and 2x 10GBASE-T. It is recommended to connect the first 1000BASE-T port. This is port "eth0".

Located on the ASI Accelerator NIC:

Monitor port (MON): 4x SFP+.

The SFP+ slots are empty and must be equipped with fiber optic transceivers. Copper transceivers are not supported. One or more of these ports must be connected to a SPAN or TAP.  The ports are numbered from right to left. The port on the right is named "if3" in nGeniusONE.

Located on the ASI Accelerator NIC:

Monitor (MON): 4x SFP+. These slots are empty and must be equipped with fiber optic transceivers. Copper transceivers are not supported. One or more of these ports must be connected to a SPAN or TAP.  Ports are numbered from right to left, starting at number 3 then 4, 5 and 6.
