NSE-XX and PMA-XX changing the IP configuration

Introduction

To facilitate redundant uplinks to the customer network, NSE-XX and PMA-XX are using multiple bridged interfaces.

Running default configuration scripts will not be sufficient to alter the device IP configuration and may interfere with the network configuration of the device.

 

Solution

Contact COMCERT Technical Support to modify the device IP configuration, keeping the old as well as new IP configuration at hand. 

Please note that we may need remote access to the device (iDRAC, serial console, ...) to make the changes safely.
