NSE-XX and PMA-XX changing the IP configuration

Introduction

To facilitate redundant uplinks to the customer network, NSE-XX and PMA-XX are using multiple bridgged interfaces.  

Running default configuration scripts will not be sufficient to alter the device's IP configuration

 

Solution

Contact COMCERT Technical Support for instructions on how to modify the system's IP configuration. 

Keep in mind that we may need to access the device remoteliy (iDRAC, serial console, ...) to make these changes safely.
