== Introduction ==

To facilitate redundant uplinks to the customer network, NSE-XX and PMA-XX are using multiple bridged interfaces.

Running default configuration scripts will not be sufficient to alter the device IP configuration and may interfere with the network configuration of the device.

== Solution ==

Contact COMCERT Technical Support to modify the device&nbsp;IP configuration, keeping the old as well as new IP configuration at hand.&nbsp;

Please note that we may need remote access to the device (iDRAC, serial console, ...) to make the&nbsp;changes safely.
